I had a hit and miss experience at Brick House in beautiful Kandy. The location was great, just a short walk to Kandy lake and other attractions. the room I stayed in was quite uncomfortable. It was damp and the bed was not comfortable at all. The wifi was unreliable and the terrace was not safe for children. Despite these drawbacks, I must say that the hosts were lovely. They were warm and cute, making my stay a bit more enjoyable. I'd recommend this place with the understanding that the room may not be the most comfortable.

We stayed at The Brick House for a couple of nights and it was perfect for our needs. The room was simple but had everything we needed. The highlight was the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast prepared by the friendly host. They were also incredibly helpful with tips and even helped us book a night during the festival. The location was great, just a short walk from town and away from traffic noise. We loved our stay and would highly recommend No 11 Residence.
Totally recommend this hotel!

We had a really really nice stay in Kandy near to the center where there is a lot of people, a hill with a decent view, and the city centre. Amicable staff and owner, they treated us like family. Got fabulous meals for breakfast, everything was cheap. Really enjoyed views over the town: D

Entire experience staying there was really great, I couldn't recommend more this place. Everything was brand-new, I appreciated fairly quiet and huge rooms. It was located in a great area near the main centre, the lake & center and Kandy View Point,.

Delicious breakfast choices for an extra $2, with enough food. Close to Kandy Lake viewpoint and possibility of choosing another apartment in the future. Room spacious and cool, with clean bathroom and warm water. Helpful owner and mother, who answered questions and provided recommendations.

The Brick House Kandy was a superb place to stay during my vacation. The beautiful decoration throughout the hotel created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and provided ample seating for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel, with convenient ramps and elevators that made it effortless to move around.
I would have loved for the hotel to offer more activities or facilities specifically designed for senior people.
